Did you find Real Small Art? If so, how: Real Small Art was sent to my home.
What was your first reaction?
Hmmmmm I said - whatever could this be? Having just had shoulder surgery my first thought was that my Boston daughter - Sarah- had sent her Mama a little get well card.(handwriting was very similar to hers)
When I opened it - out popped a lovely little painting and a note from Tiffany - saying that Sarah had nominated me...
all new to me - I quickly went to the computer and typed in realsmallart.com.
As I read what it was all about I got a bigger and bigger smile on my face...
What a WONDERFUL idea!
What a wonderful way to cheer up a bum shoulder and blow the clouds of winter away!
As an artist *wanna be* I am intrigued!
Who is the Artist? (If signed) Tiffany
What are you going to do with your Real Small Art? Probably I will get a little magnet for it and put it on my refridge...thats where special items have gone since the kids were little enough to create masterpieces! Now that they are all "grown up" we dont get as many creations from them!
This one will always make me smile....
How did finding Real Small Art affect your day, if at all? Well - as I read more about what the project was about - a bigger and bigger smile came across my face!
What a wonderful idea and it is just like Sarah to find a special project like this!
THANK YOU!

I literally stopped in my tracks from the mailbox. I was humbled and grateful to receive such a precious gift. The artwork is beautiful but the action and thoughtfulness speaks volumes of devotion from the artist and giver.

Real Small Art.. Beauty always makes my day improve.
Where do you live? Richmond, VA (Northside)
Did you find Real Small Art? If so, how: Real Small Art was sent to my home.
What was your first reaction?
I was delighted! I had met Tiffany a week prior and thought that the Real Small Art League was an excellent idea. I'm thrilled to participate.
What are you going to do with your Real Small Art? My flower painting lives in my kitchen. It is a reminder that one day we will finish fixing up the inside of our fixer-upper and will get to the weedy, neglected garden. We have only lived here since November and this is our first piece of art, up on display, aside from one of my own prints.
How did finding Real Small Art affect your day, if at all? Beauty always makes my day improve. The thoughtfulness and the preciousness of such a small, altruistic piece--it touched me.

The timing was so perfect: 1) I recieved it while planning the first showing of my new art project (creating notecards)! Seemed like a very positive sign! 2) Also, I was emailing my friend about my new artistic endeavor when this arrived - the SAME FRIEND who sent me this realsmartart!!!! Seems like such a positive sign I may tuck my piece of art somewhere with me when I show my work. I love good Karma!!! :)

Real Small Art Nomination... amazing.
An amazing Real Small Art Nomination
(Last name omitted to protect Colin's identity)
My close friend, Colin, would make a perfect recipient of Real Small Art and give it a good home because he is one of the most giving people I have ever met. He has given his time and money volunteering with the American Cancer Society for years, he is the guy people call when they need car repairs, maintenance, a jump, to get pulled out of the mud (me), etc. He is a local teacher and I have seen him every week working on his classwork for his students for hours at his home and purchasing needed materials. He is my inspiration with his recent weight loss, he is going to participate in a benefit Bachelor Auction soon (which I would never do) and, with the recent foot of snowfall, he just volunteered at a local hospital driving people around in his four-wheel drive vehicle. All of this while taking care of his three cats. Most of all, he tries really hard, never gives up and he never gives up on his friends, This is why my friend, Colin, is a worthy recipient of Real Small Art and would give it a great home.

Real Small Art Response... like Christmas when I was a kid.
Where do you live?
Richmond, VA
Did you find Real Small Art?
Real Small Art was sent to my home.
What was your first reaction?
I was overwhelmed by the kind gesture. It's hard to pin point those "random acts of kindness" in today's society, but Real Small Art is the essential definition. It's amazing to physically hold that "act of kindness."
Who is the Artist?
Tiffany
What are you going to do with your Real Small Art?
It hangs next to our door as a reminder to pass on our own act of kindness to others. It also inspires me to be grateful for the little things in life.
How did finding Real Small Art affect your day, if at all?

A Response From a Good Home
How did you hear about Real Small Art?
I was first introduced to Real Small Art at the home of my son.
What do you think about this project?
This is a wonderful, heartwarming project. What special people you must be to spend your time bringing such joy to others!
Who is the Artist? (If signed) Tiffany Glass Ferreira
What are you going to do with your Real Small Art? I own a "real small" cottage in Maryland that can only accommodate "real small" art. My Real Small Art will fit very nicely there to be displayed for family and friends to enjoy!
How did finding Real Small Art effect your day, if at all? When I opened the envelope containing my Real Small Art, I was quite amazed. I had been moninated by my son, Christopher, as someone who could provide a good home for Real Small Art. I will certainly do my best to do just that! I feel very honored to have this opportunity.
